They do such a SPLENDID job at sharing OPM! Particularly and primarily among themselves, it should be noted.
Netbooks are just tools. They are extremely useful if you learn how to use them and for that it's best if you're educated first. Education should be the main task. Not handing over electronics with little or no logistics support. Educate the people and they'll figure out best ways to appy the tools at hand.
A computer needs a thinking individual to command it. The Enlighted Ones would rather not create such creature. Thinking is not a burden to be shared by Todos y Todas.
