Certificado De Convivencia Without Dni?

Any 'permatourists' living with an Argy partner been able to get a certificado de convivencia ? Is this in any way related to domestic partnership?

As far as I know, you shouldn't have any problems doing it as a tourist although I don't know anyone that has done it. It doesn't have any real legal weight and won't do much except allow you to get a family rate on health insurance. And maybe you would be entitled to pension if your partner dies. If you do it in Cap Fed, you just need two witnesses with DNIs to testify and I think you do it at civil registry.

my NZ friend did it with her Argy bf last year- they had no problems. She had no DNI and was just on a tourist visa.

Gravygirl - was it a certificado de convivencia or a 'union civil'? Also were they both or the lease or how did they prove they had been living together for 2+ years? Sorry you probably don't know the specifics...
