cheap and basic travel insurance -Brazil

I am going to Brazil for a week , I have a local insurance (OSDE PYME) but it does cover abroad. Any cheap and efficient travel insurance?.

You should be able to pay a bit extra on your OSDE plan to cover Brazil ??

When I was with Medicus there was u$s60 (??) extra a year to cover other countries

Actually, my insurance is OSDE Pyme , not OSDE that is different and more reliable.

http://www.interturis.com.ar/es/index.html is a company of OSDE and they do Holidays and Insurance for anyone that walks in off the street. They do Insurance with AssistCard.

My Argentine girlfriend used them on her recent trip to the UK.
