I second Tito Lodeiro, he's very pro-natural birth.
I dont think Suizo argentina is any good...or Otamendi. I am a lactation consultant, and my teacher always jokes, that if something happens to her while at the Otamendi visiting a new mother, to cross her over to Hospital de Clinicas.

I heard about a very progressive clinic in tigre, with midwives, where they have pools for water birth, i think is the Austral.
I also recommend you to hire a doula!

It really depends what your birth plan is....at Otamendi one of the nurses fed my newborn formula without my consent although I had made it clear I was breastfeeding exclusively. She only told me after the fact and said that he had vomited the formula up!
