Conservative.definition.

Interestingly enough, there is some sources that suggest young Lt. Peron was instrumental in the crushing of the left wing populist strike of the Semana Tragica, in 1919.

Interesting and wouldn't be at all surprising. Do have a link or a reference for the source?

Conservative in this country means:
1) extreme catholic who;
2) don't believe in democracy and;
3) miss the military dictators;
4) don't recognize the bill of rights because;
5) they they are reactionaries of the revolution of 1810 because;
5) they want to go back to the monarchy where hidalgos (knights) rule.
6) that's why they hate foreigners (during the 12 partidas de Alfonso -the king's law for the colonies-, immigration was illegal and to kill immigrans was a right.)
7) so, they want to be a colony again, but of the US.

Macri is a conservative.

Dont lie to and confound people:
Blue blood :Conservatives like Rozas (rosas pa los pelotu/// amigos) were definitely in favor of hanging Protestants (point 6) but the Republican Classical Liberals that defeated him and built some semblance of civilization in Don Rozas backwater megaranch were in favor of immigration - too much for their own good.
It was only when immigrants brought Democracy and Socialism to abuse the Republican system that this 1850s Liberals had to resort to the military to attempt to restore control.
Tiro por la culata twice!

Anyway please do expand on that legal tidbit about the right to kill "immigrants" (brasilians? Juice? Virgon slayers?)

Recently one of the better informed members of this forum made the case that Brasil used to be under much better mgmt during the Parliamentary Monarchy.

Now that's a solid candidate for the Nordic Council!!!

Matt, it is impossible to understand you.

As far as I know, italian immigrants brought fascism not democracy.

Universal vote was granted by the elite and it was a big mistake for them, they never won an election for President again. Perhaps Macri is going to be the first one.

Hilarious!!! :D :D :D

You forgot to relate 1. to the inquisition. And also, I am surprised that you did not post a picture of Macri having tea with Hitler. Pfffff.

You really made me cry tears of laughter.

Yes, let's all vote Macri because we want to go back to the monarchy!!! Actually, Cristina would be the first one to apply for the title of Queen.

Please don't drink and post... We all know it's been hard on you with the results of last Sunday, but please, take care.

The National Constitutions established the democratic and republican system government.

As you can read in this book, during the dictatorships the Supreme Law were some decrees enacted by them, not the National Constitution:

As you can read here:
http://www.pagina12....2014-06-05.html

Palazzo, the author of the book that propose the "Estatuto para la Reorganizaciòn Nacional" to replace the National Constitution, is in the team of Macri.
https://es.wikipedia...zación_Nacional

If you read the CV of Palazzo, it is all about the Universidad Catolica:

Here he is criticizing the democratization of the justice. This is hilarious!

I wonder what do they mean with "New administrative right"? New? Since when? 1976?

Macri doesn´t follow the National Constitution, he follows the "Estatuto para la Reorganizaciòn Nacional".

Reorganizar and cambiar are sinonims ;)

Let`s see. The dictatorphips were the way for the right to acchieve the power. Did they have a Congress? No. How is this different from a Monarchy?

My sister studied at Universidad Catolica until a Professor gave a class about how monarchy is better than democracy giving as a good example the law dictatorship...

So, perhaps i m just well informed.

Lets talk about facts. Every government on earth, no matter if democracy or monarchy, govern for somebody. Theres always support of a portion of the people.

Who, I mean WHO, do you guys think the last dictatorship (by far the worst argentine government ever, the lower hours in our 200 years history) governed for????

They governed for a tiny minority, to a concentrated capital groups, like the Macri group. Did you know that Cavallo nationalized their private debt in dollars? thats right, google it, he, working for the dictators, transferred the private debts from the big companies, where Macri comes from, to the State, multiplying the national debt for 8 in 6 years.

Macri has the same ideas of these people. The same economic plan, the same people, that come from the same think tanks, google "reforma financiera" in the last dictatorship, or "apertura comercial" o "la tablita", or even "bicicletaa financiera".

The thing is, if we think a little, just a little, that all the entire things they do, its just because of the facts of these past years, the facts are a reality which they cant assume, the facts is what puts these people in movement, their leit motive. The facts actually bother them, its clearly what they dont like, and if they dont like it, its because other people do. Its a point AGAINST them, as Diego would say, LTA, they could not control it. And it may continue, this isnt finish. :)

Doctor it's impossible to understand you and I don t know who Xue Guobing is but she (or he) might like to take the name "Che" when she gets her (or his) DNI

I am amazed how Macri went from being a total idiot/daddy's boy, to Mr. Evil and the succesor of Videla.

Come on! The world has changed. You keep associating ideas from the past. I could start making associations between all those guerrilla people from the 70s and the Ks... Boring...

No matter what, we need to decide between this guy and the "Vamos Por Todo" people who have been insulting the middle classes, the upper classes (and it seems that the lower classes aren't very much in love with them either).

Oh, and regarding your sister's anecdote at UCA, hear this one: my 11-year-old son was scorned/made fun of on a recent visit to the Planetario by her fanatic K teacher. She made a joke about the Planetario being in Palermo, the oligarchy barrio, she said. She mentioned that Susana and Mirtha lived there, and then she added "oh and also, here is where Juan (my son) lives as well, he is a guitudo".

Of course, it was a joke... :confused: . Wrong on so many levels... Exposing an 11 year old, having his friends make fun of him and calling him "cheto". Nice, huh? This is the level of fanatism which I am voting against. I did not even bother going to the school to complain, because you cannot reason with these people. But imagine if this had been the other way around: straight to Inadi, right?

Have a nice weekend. And F*ck Kirchnerismo and all their f*cking followers.
