We have a secretary of health in charge of overseeing the vaccination program (even having travelled to Moscow to oversee the approvals) who until yesterday didn’t even understand how this vaccine actually works. What can we seriously expect?

One of the countries that requires it daily...We Live In Hope....But a lot less than some in this matter. They got the Sputnik doses here as advertised and distributed into the Provinces. Have made registration on line to get in the queue to get vaccinated. Looking forward to more results from the President & compañeros.
