I'm from a country that is usually mocked with jokes about how "r"s turn into "l"s. I hear these jokes all the time here, even after I clearly rolls the "r"s when speaking my country's name. I don't talk like that and I don't think those jokes are funny at all. It's bad taste, unoriginal and very ignorant.

You must be joking! It may not be offensive to some Argentines, but it's doubtful that millions of Chinese will not feel somewhat offended by such crass statements. Simply another example of her deplorable diplomatic skills.
