I think you are too kind. This isn't the bug, it's the feature. After a point it becomes clear that certain posters are simply disingenuous and trying to propagandize. Even if we are kind and assume they are genuine but ignorant and swept up In their delusional narratives. It becomes pointless engaging, the only move left becomes to mock, deride, and discredit them publicly as much as possible. This then at least will make their dangerous rhetoric seem foolish and idiotic and lessen the potential it has for swaying the impressionable readers at whom it is aimed.

Substantive criticism and logical discourse is always the first choice, but against 'alternative facts' presented by the the right wing,regressive, neo liberal, corporatist, anti democratic hegemonists, there is little point.

In fact, they count on those they see as their idiological enemys' taking their quasi-logical smoke and mirrors as something worth engaging with.
