If cattle feed and grow on poison vegetation would their meat automatically be poisonous?

retiree no Research ,,, Genuine or otherwise ,,, is necessary).
 
Curious that RFKjunior champions more regulation, which is contrary to Republican orthodoxy(except, of course, regarding access to abortion). Guns, assault weapons; no need for restrictions, every citizen has a right to have access under the 2nd amendment of lethal items that every other advanced nation restricts or bans outright. Republicans get a lot of support from fossil fuel producers, so they deny any need for a federal role in mediating climate change.

Even if ALL of the plant material consumed by cattle is poisonous to humans, (snd I am inclined to sgree that is the case), their meat is not, even though beef from grass fed cattle has higher levels of omega 3 fatty acids. The complex digestive system of cattle make beef the most health promoting food humans can consume.

The he benefits of the carnivore diet have been well known tor a long time. It is certainly not a "preconceived idea" of mine.

Humans thrived on an almost exvlisive meat diet for ten to twenty thousand centuries prior to the introduction of agriculture.

The meat based diet continues to be under an increasing attack by the processed food industry,

I find this article a very interesting read. While I try to stay away from anything ultra processed, I'll always eat a varied diet. I think it's highly personal and no one way of eating is guaranteed to work for an entire population. There are fads, and most of these diets are based on influencers selling their brand du jour (often while touting some form of supplement/diet course or workout regime alongside their one-sided research). I don't think you have to stay away from vegetables or fruit to be healthy but if you want to eat only meat and lard, and it works for you...that's great. I think finding the right fuel that lifts your spirits and sustains you, despite every diet seeming to find evidence it's "the one," can be daunting so I like reading things like this that give me a broader perspective on the trends and the full picture. Also it is so fascinating how they can learn about our ancient ancestors (even from their teeth).

 
A very interesting discussion. I believe that just like to fight certain illnesses the future seems to be personalized and targeted therapies based on DNA, the same could be said about whether a diet is more beneficial than others for certain individuals. Genetic differences can influence metabolism and how individuals process certain nutrients, which can also affect food preferences. I believe that as long as processed foods and chemicals are avoided or become a very small % of what you eat, you need to find what makes you feel best. Vegetarian, omnivore, carnivore, etc. A simple blood work will tell you if you are going in the right direction, along with your levels of energy, quality of sleep and skin, hair and nails appearance. Not getting sick often is obviously another good indicator.

In the 90's I had bad leg circulation DVT "deep vane thrombosis". Instead of giving me heparin and returning me back home immediately, they kept me for 47 days to perform 3 laparotomy exploratory operations teaching medical school students. One of their explorations was a 23 cm abdomen incision. The other one was full body radiation therapy for almost 45 minutes. The radiation catastrophically ruined my white blood platelets count. Today it's 88 ( should be 150 - 450).
The primary objective of doctors studying medicine 7 years is to collect doctor's WAGES, not be CONFLATED with practicing medicine. 2 completely different objects. (It goes without saying ,,, exception does not make the rule).

Despite my catastrophic low white blood platelets count my immune system against all odds is spectacularly superb ,,, I did not take a single jab for COVID,,,, due to my diet.

Forgot to mention equally as important is how/what NOT to eat.

Detoxification by 20 hs DRY FASTING once in awhile. No food no water no vegetable or protein smoothies no apple cider vinegar no lemon ,,, ABSOLUTELY NO NOTHING.

In plain English ,,, the body will eat itself. Healthy tissues will eat and destroy dead sick toxic tissues. The body completely renews itself by starving it.
 

Sugar Carbs Vegetables Fruits Saturated fat?

My diet for the past 30 years .... No seed oil no processed foods low (not zero) carbs)
