My diet for the past 30 years .... No seed oil no processed foods low (not zero) carbs)
Wise choices. Few individuals realize that seed oils, as well as sugar and many unhealthy chemicals, which are added to "enhance flavors" and extend shelf life (think trans fats and other preservatives) are present in almost all hghly processed food, including bread.

Seed oils are 8ndustrial products which cannot be made non-poisonous and are used over and over in the prepartion of most foods in restaurants., especially fried chicken and French fries. Calling the latter "fresh fries" only indicates they tasted better at the moment they were served, not that they could be considered healthy in any way or even fit for human consumption.
