Expiration of precaria while outside of Argentina

Interesting. I just went to the Migraciones website and under the "Gestión de renovación precaria" and found a message to this effect: those who are abroad and cannot renew their precaria before it expires because their flight to Argentina has been delayed or canceled due to the Coronavirus, should send an email with certain documentation to an email address they give in order to get their precaria renewed.
