Favorite Restaurants in Buenos Aires

went to sipan for lunch the other day..wasnt to all impressed with the service,decor or the papas a la huancaina and ceviche I had. the maracuya pisco was tasty! and omg it was soooo damn expensive!
 
If you want informal, funky atmosphere and cool background tunes and excellent food, try Gran Bar Danzon on Libertad. Was there last night for girlfriends birthday. It was about 200 pesos a head inc a decent Bonardo (prob cheapest wine on the list). Was really good.
 
I like Artemisia, Ceviche, Cocina Sunae (close doors), and Sushiclub.
 
I think it all depends on the setting and the mood, are you male or female ? age range ? is this gonna be kinda like a "couples night" ? or is it just about good-tasty-overpriced food ?
