I agree 100 % about your comments about Varela . Her voice is not attractive at all and is very grating . For me tango is a energy and strong vocals do not go with the passion of tango . I have to say that Argentina does not have in general great singers . The only voice that I liked was Gustavo Cerrati . I dislike inmensely Fito Paez , Valeria Lynch , Adriana Varela and many more .

Loving this thread, especially the D'Arienzo and Di Sarli. My all time favourite though is Café Dominguez D'Agostino. guess I like artists starting with a D.
