Spain, there are still thousands of Argentines stuck overseas. The morons in office and useless embassy employees are offering 0... No assistance, blocking all airlines from flying in. How hard is it too allow the return of citizens and ensure they quartintine themselves. Waiting a few months is not going to change the situation, bring everyone home and deal with it like adults.
