Nikad, was your turkey frozen? I ordered from La Granja in Belgrano and was under the impression that I was getting a fresh bird but it turns out that it's frozen... good thing I got it a day early!

My turkey is still in cold water too! But luckily we are doing an Argentine style dinner schedule (because all the guests are...well...Argentine) and aren't eating until 9 or so. There's still time!

We just ordered our turkey for this year. It's now $28 pesos per kilo, which seems like a bargain as it has only gone up 22.4% in a year. Not bad...
