What does taking the co. over as a collective actually involve? Debts wiped?...to all creditors? Anyone know what the actual legal implications are ?

I think its kinda in limbo with most of them. Of the 2 well known ones (the ones i know about) Hotel Bauen is operating "illegally" and hasn't been updated since the 70s (most likely due to the limbo), although it seems FaSinPat are now sorted after the state paid off the creditors.

Thank goodness Peron instituted a worker's paradise in Argentina otherwise they could've been dealt with harshly.
