If Santiago Vera Sanudo from Spring Texas http://santiagovera.com/ & Joe are American (edit: he's Canadian), if the 1.000 USD have been sent from an US account, then it might be more clever to make a legal claim against him not in Argentina or Uruguay (easy to go to another country), but in the US. Not sure how this could be done (civil/criminal claim?) since I don't know much about the US justice system but that certainly would be the most annoying for Santiago Vera Sanudo.

Glad to see the public shaming of Santiago Vera Pelotudo is in full effect.

One minor detail, Bob Dylan wrote All Along the Watchtower. Also, why didn't you include Pay Joe. That's my personal favorite!

Ah yes I can see Joe appearing before Judge Judy:

"Well you see your honour, I used the shady wiring service to send the defendant money in the tax haven so that I could avoid paying the official exchange rate, but I didn't expect him to blow it on chivitos and slots..."

Sometimes no matter how right you are, it just doesn't sound all that good in a court of law...

Judge Joe Brown would be more sympathetic.

If he wins a tournament using your money, you could claim the money, or at least embargo it...
