I went and built a house...

On new a construction I would go with the traditional ductwork if you aren't pressed for overall space. I like the cleaner walls, vents in every room, the ability to use a gas furnace, and the filtering/circulating of air benefits.

If it is a retrofit I vote mini splits as well.
I own one unit with ductwork- and we have problems with dust, mold, and rodents, none of which are issues with minisplits. There is a lot of space in those ducts that you cant see, or clean.
We once had a full sized raccoon emerge from the duct in the living room. He had somehow worked his way into a sagging joint in the crawl space, and he was as surprised as we were when he arrived. I quickly opened the front door and ushered him out, but I feel safer with mini-splits- no danger of carpincho guests arriving uninvited.

Good Points

Mini-splits all the way. A little more maintenance but more redundancy and a more efficient system. You just do not need that much heating or cooling capacity.

Does any one know about wells?

Im moved to the province of Itzaingo just recently. The house has some issues with well. I need more water pressure and the right filters to put on the water. This is out of what I know.
Does anyone know a reputuable person that knows these systems and isnt guessing. To check my system out?

Thank you

Here we have a well drilled to 40m or so to the water table to provide water for the garden and pool. It’s not for potable water.

I can check if the guy who drilled my well (based in Pilar) works in your area. He installed a 1.5hp pump which I understand is fairly typical. It’s not high pressure though.

HelloHappy New Year

I need it for potable water.

If you can see if he services here or can recommend someone that would be great.

Thank you in Advance

You can probably consult a plumber about your questions. I've been told you can install a pressurizer on your potable water tank to deliver more pressure to your shower if that's what you are trying to solve.

One of my tenants even installed a water pump in his own shower to increase the water pressure, which I didn't even know was possible.

Yes one of the problems, and to filter it.

Im sure with ll the teck most issues can be solved!

Only been here one month, have to find that good plumber!

Thanks
