Today we were robbed at gunpoint (as a gun in the face,)-- in our house. The robber came through the front door. The police believe he had key.

I am sorry for this happening to you. I was struck that you stated he may have had a key. There was only one key?

I have been trained well by my portena wife about keys and that is the reason that we have two keys on the door to our apartment and it also takes an additional 2 keys to get into the building. And even with this there was an incident where some thieves made it into the building and tried to get into one of the apartments. When we get keys made we make sure that the people making our keys have no idea of where we live. Just well founded porteña paranoia...
