There are many houses for sale in Olvera for less than $100,000 USD, but I didn't find them very appealing. Once I hit that price point I found a few houses I liked.
Pruna, which is in the province of Seville, is nearby and has some properties (village townhouses) that are just over $50,000 that I like.
