Money Orders Canada

Hi all just would like some info on money orders and certified cheques . Im filing for my residencia .. and have to do the fingerprint background check.. I have been everywhere trying to get a money order in the name of Receiver General for Canada but no go I have been to the post office including the one near the migraciones .. western union DHL Caja Cambios and nada zilch.. what must a girl do...Where and How do you get a money order here ..

well seems I found a solution Called the Canadian Embassy and they told me to go to this bank.. Banco Piano.. seems they do all kinds of favors for expats// here are the locations if anyone needs them

Well went to the Banco Piano today on San Martin and got a certified cheque in the name of Receiver General For Canada in I think less than 5 min... No hassle no bank account very fast good service only needed my Passport.. DONE... If anyone needs money orders or certified cheques and does not have a bank account or residencia yet..highly recommended Oh and a tip go all the way to the last teller window where it says cheques estranjeros the one before the Cajas on the left, that is the window to go to..
