While I eagerly wait on what I hope to be job-related responses on dozens of resumes out there, I would happily offer tips for the kitchen. Since I am already online much of the day, I figure, "why not". BA offers an imprssive bounty of fresh veges, fruits, and incredible (and affordable) beef. With produce stands on nearly every corner, and the need to save a few pesos, why not stay home and experiment . I have a culinary degree and have been in the restaurant business for over ten years.
