In initial reports they said there are 2 doors, the main door which requires an electronic code, which the mum did not have, and the service door, which had the key in it. If there are two doors, it's very possible the service door always has the key in it. However if there are two doors it's also possible for someone to leave by the main one. I haven't had time to look for a better description of the apartment.

As for falling on the gun, that's very possible, also if they initially tried to open the bathroom door and found it blocked by the body they may have shifted things enough for everything to have moved slightly.

If Nisman was killed, as it seems to be the case, my guess is that the killer was living in the same building, maybe even bought an apartment there... he could have even knocked on his neighbor door or something.

I do not need intelligence to identify or understand the corruption of the cronys and politicians in Argentina. But when you work the system as you do Bajo I guess you don't have any options but to go along with the game. Throwing accusations at me or the US does not address the truth about Argentina. As a defence strategy, she started several criminal cases against me for "attack to the authority" to intimidate me because i have to ask another 15 dismiss cases and 17 criminal cases against this federal judge.
I have 3 indagatorias on february and i had to ask permition to the judge for travelling for doing my work properly abd reject the request of bribe.

So, you are very wrong.

If you attack the legitimacy of this President for fraud, then you are in the same level than the people of that link, those whose slogan in fatherland, god or death. It is not serious.

Please read my posts I never said anything about you taking bribes. Concerning your government paying or bribing people to vote is fraud period! End of debate.
