I make crepes every couple of weeks and put them in the freezer with wax paper / separadores between them. I am not a fan of fluffy pancakes, crepes all the way (which is actually what most Porteno panqueques are):

If you want to go out for pancakes here is a list of places - beware that some will only have them on their dinner menu, but Las Cortaderas for instance I think you can get them at any time of day - they have delicious medialunas as well - there's one in Las Canitas but I am pretty sure they have other locations.
