I was avoiding it but I will get one..I guess! It was embarassing..the lady paying for me and then refusing to take the money from me!

Ceviche, if memory serves, you live close to me. There is an OCA on Godo Cruz. If you are walking from Santa Fe towards Libertador, it's on the left hand side of the street in the middle of the first block. Just go with your DNI or passport, fill out a form, pay a few pesos, and you are on your way. Once you have it, I'll tell you a place to recharge it that (knock on wood) rarely has problems with the system being down.
