Question about visa

Hi everyone! I'm a local girl dating and expat and I wanted to ask you guys a question. My boyfriend has been here since July 26th , and since then we've been to Uruguay twice, last time January 21st.
We are not planning on going back soon, but we will go to the States for two weeks in November. My question is: will he have any problems getting out of the country and coming back in if he hasn't left since January? Should we go to Uruguay right before the trip?

No point in that except if you like Uruguay.

Make sure you arrive at the airport about an hour earlier than normally and pay the fine (AR$ 300,-) before you get to security.

At the airport -- but French Jurist just posted that it might be increasing to 500 pesos -- that's a pretty hefty tax on top of your airfares -- might want to weigh whether it's cheaper for him to go to Uruguay first.
