I'm collecting recipes in Buenos Aires for an internship. The recipes can be for any kind of food and from any kind of chef as long as they haven't been published anywhere else. I'd also love to talk to people about food, exchange recipes, and maybe exchange food for recipes if anyone is interested. I've been told I'm a killer pastry chef! You don't even have to write the recipes down yourself, if you're in Buenos Aires I can take you out for coffee and you can just dictate them to me. Or, if you have original recipes written down somewhere, photos or scanned copies are just as good.
