Recommendations for bóveda rehab?

A family bóveda (Chacarita) is in need of repair to roof, ceiling, and interior walls. The job of organizing the work has fallen to me and I am totally unsure of local cemetery protocols that might exist or how to approach finding an appropriate and trustworthy work crew.

If anyone has experience with bóveda maintenance and repair your advice and recommendations will be very much appreciated.

Do you pay a service charge of any sort to anyone there? We do (Recoleta) and for us they would be the people we would contact to organise everything.

That may be a starting place. I believe the family paid for maintenance many years but stopped a decade ago or so as service appeared to be nonexistent (beyond consistency in collecting fees). I can see what admin says now.
