Robbed again

We were robbed again at gunpoint last week in my shop. Broad daylight, main shopping street, Olivos.
These intruders are so convincing. That is the problem.
Luckily, my wife who was made to squat on her knees was unhurt.
It's a hard pill to swallow.

Were they professionals or do you think it was a crime of opportunity? Did the police respond quickly? Are there other robberies going on in your neighborhood?
