Thanks for that! i think the problem is that the Sprint version of the phone is CDMA so it's not compatible.

Ideally, 4.4.2, but it is really up to the manufacturer/carrier to make the update available and push it out.

I have the S3 I9300 international version and have been running 4.1.2 since I bought it here in July.
I only ask because Samsung released 4.3 as an update for the S3 last year but had to pull it dues to serious bugs; some phones were even bricked.
I've downloaded it but not installed it yet as some people are having problems even with this release.
