Selling An Inherited Apartment In Buenos Aires - Questions?

I have inherited an apartment in Buenos Aires. I live in Europe. I am trying to find out what taxes are payable? Things like inheritance tax, sales tax, stamp duty, VAT etc and how easy is it for someone non resident (without Argentine citizenship) to transfer proceeds from the sale to a bank in Europe?
