Despite my warnings, a friend sent me a couple packages, small and not expensive, from the US on April 18th. I'm still waiting... 
I hope they get here. I don't even mind going to wait in line for hours.
Supposedly door-to-door service has resumed, but that's yet to be proven to me... these are the first packages sent to me in years. The last time, four years ago, it came to my door, but was just a bubble-wrap envelope.
