Black truffles!!!

Few months ago, the first argentinian perigord black truffles were in the news. Near Azul, provincia de Buenos Aires, after 8 years, the first one was obtained. Each kilo is sold in U$2500-3000.

The project started with 5 hectareas, and they have plans to work with 50 hectareas in the next years.

According to this highly offensive map, the time of Fine English and Lithuanian Wine is dawning. The same map indicates that areas surrounding Steve's home will remain suitable for wine (and I assume also) truffle growing.

I bought & sold some Erté pochoirs (most of them supposed to be gouaches/watercolors are in fact only pochoirs...). Not sure many people will understand that though .
Bought though a truly authentic pastel by Erté in 1997 or 98.

Furthermore Erté is quite of a different era (rather the Art Deco "oh-la-la" Liberace style).

Yes I know about Erte but since he is so over the top he deserves to be present. Yes! I love the door.

The door is a masterpiece but I think it will be quite an architectural challenge to integrate that into a country house.
