Tax Question

I am considering staying in Buenos Aires longer than six months, by visiting Uruguay a couple of times and getting an extra 90 days here with each re-entry. However, it just occurred to me that this would put me in Argentina longer than 6 months this year. If I am in Argentina 8 months in 2014, will I owe income taxes here? I am retired and not earning income in this country.
