Adrian: Yeah they have a film program. ooh, that sounds very chaotic then haha...Yeah I saw their site, it's just hard to figure out stuff about foreign students. Could you tell me what your girlfriend knows about how to apply if you're foreign?? Is it free?

I don't think she knows how foreigners have to apply. If I were you I would send them an email and ask them. I went to www.iuna.edu.ar to try to help you but all I found was their email: [email protected] . About the school being chaotic, that's just my girlfriend's perception, it could be perfectly fine.

I also found this: http://edina.cancill...ara-el-año-2013 but it doesn't work, perhaps it's a temporary problem. It's for 2013 but I guess it applies for the following years. Good luck!
