The Brazilians and/or the Argentines? Not really or not yet anyway.Argentina under Kristina most definitely movng swiftly in that direction.

Update: The director of the deportation department stated that they are going to deport by the book, but the goal os to start deporting people. He also ignore Federal Judges and sent very impolite letters asking for information about immigrants "under his competency" while they are under the protection of the Federal Judges. I had a meeting with a Federal Judges today and when he understood what the director of deportations meant, he was thinking about to arrest him for 5 days.

The day before yesterday an habeas corpus was granted for 3 chinese women who were arrested for being irregulars. One of them pregnant. So, the director of the deportation department lied to the judge in my HC because he asserted that they were not going to arrest without a judge order and the institutions are working well.
