There is so much bullshit in this "statement" that even if it's a joke or troll I actually want to strangle who ever made this. Whatever right wing "libertarian" fuckery they're pushing they can shove it up their ass.

Advancements for women's equality world wide have been made by left and center left leaning people. Just look at every real (i.e. NOT former USSR) Socialist party and you'll see all sorts of emphasis placed on the role of women in society instead of the kitchen.

Anyways, rant over.

I don't know why but I've always had the feeling that, in general, unitedstatesofamerican women were sluttier than argentine women. I've never been to the US so I still couldn't prove this theory. So, the way I see it, if this happened in the US it can certainly happen here.

Funny, for someone who has never been to the United States and thinks women who enjoy having sex are "sluts" you're pretty opinionated.

But I don't know, I've always had the feeling that, in general, Argentine men were more chauvinistic, racist and misogynist than American men. I've only been to Argentina and live here, and been on dates with Argentine men so I can say it's accurate from my interactions with people. But who knows...

Obviously, he was a devoted libertarian using the power of the free market to rout the collectivists.

I am not approving of the guy's actions and I do not know in detail about the situation in the US, though it seems to me that feminism has not only had positive effects in the West. I am all in favour of equal chances and opportunities and I admire strong and independent women. Though somehow I feel women are more natural and interesting in Argentina (despite their histeria). Feminism preaches equal rights for women, though also often it preaches that men are bad.

I am all in for the equal rights thing. But I am tired of going to a women here (in Belgium) trying to open a conversation just out of curiosity without further plans and getting a response as if you are a dirty person with bad intentions. Some Western women think they are superior to men and men are dirt. At the same time, they are complaining to each other that they cannot find a decent man. Which kind of decent man would be interested in a self-obsessed woman who does not know how to appreciate guys? I have seen such women in their 40s - 50s who start realising no one will be interested in them anymore and they should have been different. I think they are a problem that solves itself. My former Argentinian girlfriend called them mal cogidas.

I am not saying feminism is bad. I think the core idea of feminism is good. I am just saying that feminism has had a side effect in the West as well that results in some frustrated man-hating women with a superiority complex. I was an innocent guy growing up in a boy's boarding school without seeing women. At this time, I looked at women as goddesses. When I got to university and I got to finally interact with women, I met enough bitches to start disliking women. Then I got to Argentina, where women are actually interested in guys. This changed my perspective again. Well, if I cannot find a decent woman in Belgium, I will come back to South America and find a girlfriend there and I will visit home from time to time with her and enjoy the shocked looks from the mal cogidas.

There are good women in the West as well. Just there are enough bad women that you can get tired of them. Though when you are tired of women, you should leave them alone, not start a killing spree. I guess the guy had a psychological problem thinking he was entitled to something. That is how spoiled kids learn to think and many wealthy kids have been spoiled. Though often they learn to adjust to that nothing in life is granted and you should be happy with what you get. I understand his frustration with women, but he should have let it go instead of freaking out.

It would be extremely thoughtful to the probably 50% of the population who uses this forum if women were not referred to as sluts and bitches.

I'm not a woman but I actually think its serves a purpose to let people call women what they want to.

That purpose is of course to quickly identify the neanderthal assholes of the forum as such.

Everyone should go on twitter and read some of the tweets under the #YesAllWomen hashtag from this past week, and you will quickly see that women have every right to hate all of us men. The whole premise is that while "not all men" are bad, misogynists, etc, "Yes all women" suffer at the hands of misogyny on a daily basis.

I'm really interested to hear some of these stories from Argentine women, or how they feel affected by it, as one of things I noticed when I got here was that the shouting/catcalling/staring/etc were FAR worse than in the US, but I haven't really heard any of the women commenting on it.

Your entire post indicates that you feel entitled to the same thing that the murderer did, just FYI. I bolded the best parts just for fun, though.

If you read Spanish, there are plenty of stories from Argentine women here: http://buenosaires.ihollaback.org/archives/
