Thursday Strike

A reader of a Brazilian newspaper wrote this in the comment section of the article talking about the strike:

"'Argentina has left a priceless legacy to mankind. The country that gave us the beloved Che Guevarra, today rises on the world stage as one of the nations further ahead on the march towards socialism. We, the Brazilian intellectual elite, formed by students at USP, UNICAMP and all public universities throughout Brazil, urge Dilma, Lula and the entire leadership of the PT party, to follow the example of Cristina Kirchner, accelerating the transition towards bolivarianism. The workers on strike over there are a sign of full and mature democracy. In the future, no one will have more work for the bourgeois.

At least it was a peaceful day, hardly any traffic and felt like Christmas really.
