Hi guys/girls

Just made a euro transfer using https://azimo.com seems to be pretty easy to use, the rate is not the best for is an alternative for people with European bank accounts who cannot use zoom.

By the way if anyone wants to exchange dollars for pesos around $2500 a month then please let me know.

Thanks

That exchange rate is pretty bad. Might be better to just go the ATM.

ATM limits you on how much you can withdraw, plus you get extortionate bank fee's Making the transfer with https://azimo.com[background=rgb(252, 252, 252)] i only get charged 5 euro's for 1500 transfer. The exchange rate went up today to 16.[/background]

Seem's only choice i have at the moment, its seems to be more difficult to get dollars into Argentina. Now that Argentine's can buy dollars there not really that interested in the blue market and saving in dollars. Thoughts

Azimo: 1505 Euros to get 24080 Pesos (rate: 16)
ATM: with 1505 Euros you would get 25167 Pesos (at today's rate )

That is a 1087 Pesos difference. No wonder they "only" charge you 5 Euros.

Try to get an account with no ATM fees. I use such a card. Works well. The last time I got 5000 Pesos in one day in two transactions at the same machine.

But even if you have to pay the ATM fees: going to the ATM is still the slightly better deal. To withdraw the 25167 Pesos you would need 11 transactions (based on a maximum of 2400 Pesos per transaction). With a transaction fee of approx. 90 pesos that would come to 990 pesos. That is still 97 pesos more in your pocket than with Azimo.
