Isn't this just an indication of reality? In the sex industry people, men or women, are commodities. The prevalence of the photos of women vs those of men just represents the huge discrepancy in the size of the respective markets.
Consequently my reductio ad absurdum is if you want to do your part in changing this, perhaps you should be calling on some gigolos
