Us Debit And Credit Cards Not Allowed In The Mail?

On a related subject. I use DHL to SEND items abroad. Three months ago the DHL Office in alto Palermo question me about the contents in case it was money or valuables? I was forced to open the envelope before being accepted...!! :cool:
