I have been in NYC for a year because my former girlfriend was living there, so I have fisrt hand experiencie.
I paid an advisor and he told exactly what to say and how. It is all about attitude. They gave me the 10 years M visa in 2 minutes.
He also trained me about how to deal with the migration agents at the airport, they gave me 6 months twice.
There are easy and very difficult airports. The best option is to arrive to the US trough JFK. Never fly through Atlanta, Miami, etc.
You should never say you have a girfriend there.
You should say you don´t have your degree, you go on short vacations because you have to come back to finish your degree. As far as I understood this is true. Thi proves that you are not going to overstaying.
You can get a monotributo, pay a high category in order to prove you make more money you actually make. You can cancel this later with afip.
If you want I can contact you with this advisor, send me a PM. His help was priceless.
Regards
