My wife and 3 children are here on 90 day tourist visas. The new company is not set up yet, so we cannot apply for 'real' visas... I am travelling often, so don't have a problem with the 90 days because I keep going out and coming back in again, but the family have been here for 75 days or so...
Does anyone know if it's best to take a day trip to Uruguay to refresh the 90 days, or just stay here past the 90 days and renew things once everything gets sorted? What are the consequences of overstaying the 90 days?
