If your90 day visa expires in a UK passport ... is there anyway of renewing it (paying the fine of course) OTHER than flying out of the country from Ezeiza ... can you still pay the fine and have it renewed at Buquebus terminal leaving for Colonia? Or flying out of Jorge Newbery on an international flight?

Or go to Migraciones in the city?

I cannot seem to find any updated information.

Not clear to me yet-.... If the online system doesn't work you must pay at Banco Nacion? with a form provided by Prefectura, Naval, where is Prefectura???? what office???

To pay the Overstaying Fee at Banco Nacion or Pago Nacion offices, you must obtain first a FORM B.U.R. Boleta Unica de Recaudacion at Migraciones of Prefectura

The decree says:

El extranjero que quiera hacer abandono del país se presentará ante las Sedes Administrativas (sea Sede Central, Delegaciones Migratorias, Escuadrones de GENDARMERIA NACIONAL o Dependencias de la PREFECTURA NAVAL ARGENTINA) donde se iniciará el trámite de Habilitación de Salida y se le expedirá la BOLESTA UNICA DE RECAUDACION (B.U.Re.) en sporte papel actualmente en uso, la cual se deberá abonar en efectivo como en la actualidad ante el BANCO DE LA NACIONA ARGENTINA o localed de "Provincia Pagos."

How is this any different from the way it is now? The only thing that has changed, at least from my understanding of the decree, is that if you don't pay it, you'll be given a form that will notify you of a debt, and you will have to pay that debt — presumably $300 — before you come back to the country, at least if you plan to do so in the next 5 years.
