Oh man, that looks amazing. The ones here are usually busy one day or evening.The biggest such event nationally is the one in Rosario, which started two days ago.

Rosario is cool on many levels. I love it there. Also probably one of the best places in Argentina to eat fish, as they know it, they love it, and a lot of really good cooks cook fish every day there.
I've visited a lot of the country, but still never been to Rosario, Santa Fe and the Pampas. On the to do list
