Why Argentina over other countries?

Granted, I don't have to slug it out and work in Argentina, but I think it would all be worth it to me if I had to.

If you knew what that really means for most people you would think differently !

I sure dont remember 25 euro milanesas during 2016 thru 2018- it was still much cheaper than Seattle during those years, although, sure, I have seen

I can't see that Settle is any sort of measure. It's a very expensive, not especially large (under 800,000 I believe) city with little history and very limited cultural life. Can't even remotely compare to BA.

time is ticking away.

Quite right and this virus with all the restrictions it involves is robbing those of us who are not kids of the remaining good years of our lives.

All the praise of Argentina is based on pre-Covid Argentina. It's quite different now and we don't know how it will emerge once Covid has been conquered. As for me, I preferred Argentina thirty years ago when it was a lot more Argentina and unaffected by globalism.

For now the Euro Peso exchange lets me work far less and concentrate on studying other skills.

Work. I'd go home if it weren't for work. Most all of the good things about Arg are off limits for now.

If you want to try Argentina, try Argentina. It may be the very best thing you ever did, it could also be a failure. But try it, so you don't regret not having tried it. Know this: I think you are placing too much faith in the opinions of others here. They are not you. You are you and you know what you seek!

Good advice

Originally, tango. Then I fell in love with the country, the people, Buenos Aires and getting to know a new continent. I also have a very nice life on my social security. Not possible in the States.

Sergio,

With all due respect to you and your point of view.

I am the world's foremost authority on my opinion and what it is that I prefer and don't prefer. What I am capable of and what I am not capable of. And how far I am willing to go for something I want as well as how much pain I can tolerate and endure.

I didn't make my statement lightly. I have a very clear, unobstructed view of the reality that is Argentina.
