Why Argentina over other countries?

Because Buenos Aires has the Beautiful Jardin Japones near the Bosques de Palermo...! On the TV live coverage today of the re opening of This Park. The administrator Miyaghe San confessed that 120 gardeners take care of this Park? (One per tree?) So much deadwood..!
 
Attractions like this have to be open prior to arrival of any tourists. I don't care the cost; I'm not paying for it.
 
Have to say despite all my moans and groans. On a day like today out in the countryside in the spring sunshine and peace and quiet apart from the wonderful bird song. It got me thinking it isn't all that bad a place to be.
If only the ruddy politicans were anywhere near as competent as nature.
