Sorry I'm sure there have been many questions like this before but I'm looking for some advice on a work visa. I've just landed a nice little job over here and I'm looking for info about obtaining a work visa. I got some information about some of the forms I need filled in and it looks like a long and complicated process. Are there any companies that provide help for this sort of thing, help you with the procedures etc? I'm sure I've seen something like that mentioned in the BA Herald but I was curious if anyone here had any experience with that sort of thing? Also my new boss thought that I may have to go back back to the UK (I hold a British passport) for part of this, which I'm thinking can't be true, at least I hope it's not. Anyway if anyone can give any pointers I'd be grateful. Thanks.
