I have guests here who are not at all pleased with Argentine meat. They said they were expecting something different. Of course they make the comparison with the best Italian fiorentina, but I'll be damned if they go back home saying Argentinian beef is not much of a big thing.
We have been pretty unlucky with the timing (most restaurant I like are closed for vacation), and my usual carniceria has been inconsistent with their meat quality. I can't sure try a parilla a day, so I would like to go to a sure bet.
We went to Los Talas del Entrerriano and to A raja cincha since we are in San Isidro, however I would consider also something in Belgrano/Zona Norte.
I want a place and a name (of the best cut you had there)! B)
