Buying Property In Ba In Pesos With Usd

Hello Folks - is anybody aware of a method where I as a foreigner with USD could buy property in BA in pesos and be able to exploit the blue and official rates so I could get a net discount on the property?

I heard some rumors this was possible

Any rumor where someone is accepting pesos for property sounds implausible to me.

Why you want to buy in pesos? Anybody here will accept USD at the black rate, specially if you can transfer the funds directly to another bank account in the USA.
No need to change any money and, on top of that, it may be very dangerous to walk around here with large sums of money.

You can buy in pesos and you can buy in dollars. There two different prices. If I was selling I would not take pesos even though it's a no, no to sell in dollars.
